Delivery / Shipping

Sweden

Free shipping over 199 SEK! - For orders that we have received payment before 1:00 Pm will ship from us the same day (for weekdays) and delivered within 1-3 working days.
Note that the Post's retention period is 14 days from when the package arrives at your delivery.

Within the EU

Our standard shipping is from 8 € and the normally delivery time is within 3-6 business days, because of the corona, it can take considerably longer depending on the country to which the package is being sent and their routines. All package are full insured if something happens on the way to your delivery and orders are shipped with PostNord.

Outside the EU

Our standard shipping is from 8 € and the normal delivery time is within 3-9 business days, because of the corona, it can take considerably longer depending on the country to which the package is being sent and their routines. All package are full insured if something happens on the way to your delivery and orders are shipped with PostNord.

Your total amount on your order will be reduced by 12-25% du to local VAT. You may be asked to pay customs or VAT charges if your order passes through your local customs office.

Payment options

We have invoice, partial payment, credit and debit cards and bank payments al depending on which country you order to. You will see the different payment options at the checkout and everything is provided by Klarna

Remaining listed products

If any of the items you ordered are not in stock, we will notify you by e-mail or telephone. You can then choose whether you want to wait for these products, exchange the products for other products or cancel the remaining listed products completely.
Have you paid in advance and want to cancel the purchase due to. a delayed delivery when we do not have the product in stock, we refund the money within 20 days.

Cancellation

Should you regret immediately after ordering, please email our customer service immediately. If we have already sent your order, you can not cancel but may return the package to us.
You as a customer are responsible for return shipping.
If you do not collect your order, we will charge you at least 30€ to cover the costs that arises for handling, shipping and administration.

Reclaim

If an item is faulty or incorrectly shipped, you must contact us within a short time from when you discovered the defect and we will help you how to do it.

Product information

We cannot guarantee that our website is free of typographical errors. Neither can we guarantee that a product will always be in stock. We cannot guarantee that photos provide an exact representation of a product’s appearance, since colors may look different on screen than they do in real life. Differences may also occur due to photo quality and resolution. However, we always strive to represent our products as accurately as possible.

Regret Right

You have the opportunity to regret your purchase within 14 days of receipt.
The item (s) you return must be unused and the product unbroken.
Please note that regret right does not apply to food. (Slanka´s products)

Prices

All prices in our webshop include VAT and apply while stocks last. We reserve the right to correct any pricing or typographical errors.

Delivery & Shipping

We ship with PostNord. Normal delivery time varies depending on the destination.

Important: PostNord's retention period at service points is only 7 days. If the package is not collected in time, it will be returned to us and will result in costs for you as the customer.

Delivery time: 1-3 business days.
Free shipping for orders over 199 SEK.
For orders under 199 SEK, a 29 SEK shipping fee applies.

🇪🇺 Within the EU

Delivery time: 3-6 business days.
Standard shipping from 9€.
All orders are insured against damage or loss during transit.

🌍 Outside the EU

Delivery time: 3-9 business days.
Standard shipping from 9.90€.
All orders are insured against damage or loss during transit.

Unclaimed Shipments

If you do not collect your package, you will be charged a minimum of 30€ to cover handling, shipping, and administrative costs.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days from receiving your order.

Return Policy:

The product must be unused and in original packaging.
The customer is responsible for return shipping and must send the package to our return address.
Returns sent without postage or via cash on delivery will not be accepted.
