Use - Remove the transparent protective cap from double applicator pencil. Remove refill cap and screw refill carefully onto pencil.
Fit a light color for the base on the thicker applicator and a darker shade to the thinner applicator for finer lines or for the accentuation of individual eye areas. For optimum make-up results, clean applicators regularly.
