- Lactose free* - In order for the consumable products to contain <0.01% lactose, the 46 g portion must be mixed with at least 100ml of water.
- Without aspartame, gluten and soya flour.
- First class and natural ingredients.
- Mix 3 dl water with 1 bag oatmeal, preferably in an electric mixer, to a fluffy consistency.
- Pour into a mug and heat in microwave about 1 minute.

... and this is how you do the Oat porridge
- Mix 1 bag Havremål 1dl with lukewarm water in a little larger bowl (may puff up).
- Stir and then heat about 1 min in micro.
- Stir into porridge consistency.
